VISION

GAC Agrojapra works towards renewal and modernization of agricultural production, own processing and placement of products on the market on the basis of the existing natural resources and local unemployed labor or rather self-sustainable development of Sub-Grmec region.

OUR GOALS

ACTIVITIES

• - Renewal of dairy cattle breeding and organised, daily purchase of milk from 200 producers from 15 villages
• - Giving incentive to production of pumpkin, purchase of pumpkin seeds and processing into cold-pressed oil
• - Production of whole flour: wheat, rye, corn and pumpkin-seed flour
• - Supporting plantation production of fruit, purchase and processing into dried fruit
• - Services in providing agricultural inputs, consumers goods and fuel
• - Continous education for rural development
• - Loans to members of the Cooperative

• 2. Production of pumpkin and processing of its seeds into cold-pressed
      pumpkin oil

• Agrojapra-hosted the first fair, cooperative product fair 2010th

  Past 2010 in the agricultural cooperative Agrojapra particular will be remembered by the first trade show. Designed and developed ideas and initiatives by the directors Agrojapra has been accepted into the cooperative association of Republic of Srpska Ministry of Agriculture and the leadership of our community. So on the occasion of International Day of Cooperatives 4th July in the cooperative circle Agrojapra in the Donji Agići held its first fair cooperative product RS in which the 15 cooperatives and 10 individual producers and entrepreneurs from the RS and the Federation presented their products and they are:

  Opening the Fair Zoran Kovacevic, Assistant Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management RS Government stressed that the cooperative and the village or at all in agriculture, there is huge potential for development which the Government of the RS continues to uphold and stimulate. Within the fair, we organized a round table on place and role of cooperatives in agricultural and rural development in which, apart from saying Zorka Kovacevic Žakić, economic professor at Belgrade University, Željko Vasko, a professor of agricultural law in Banja Luka, Dževad Osmančević, Chairman of the Council of Peoples RS, S. Railić, Mayor of Novi Grad, Dear Žujo, Norwegian project manager for BiH, Svitlica Labor, USAID / Sida FARM project coordinator of policy in agriculture and EU integration and other representatives of international organizations, presidents of the cooperative federation of Serbia and RS, the representatives of chamber, MPs and representatives of cooperatives. On the occasion of the fair was put into operation and built a new social hall and opened the ethno museum setting and in a newly built classroom mention of the Community Centre held a round table. The construction of the Community Centre where they are located: classroom exchange rate center for lifelong learning, library with reading room, an Internet and folk museum setting is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, the Norwegian organization Jæren Produktutvikling and the Ministry for Refugees and Displaced Persons. The fair is fully justified by the goal of organizing and representing the svojevsnu affirmation and promotion of products of the cooperative sector of the RS and BiH, and confirmed that gradually began to make progress and development of this sector.

Instead of fair event which was held in co-operative circle Agrojapra early July last year, which will move every year from municipality to municipality, PZ Agrojapra has developed another similar event: Cooperatives Days - DAYS OF HEALTHY FOOD that will is traditionally held every year in late July.
